Emmvee Photovoltaic Power is making significant headway in its ₹5,500 crore integrated solar manufacturing initiative, which has now transitioned to the equipment-installation phase. Surging demand from utility, rooftop, commercial & industrial (C&I), and hybrid renewable projects continues to drive this expansion. Emmvee remains on track to commission a 6 GW solar module factory by December, alongside a 6 GW solar cell plant by March. Looking ahead, the company intends to invest an additional ₹5,000–5,500 crore to scale up backward integration into ingot and wafer manufacturing, adding 5 GW in FY29 and 4 GW in FY30. Emmvee closed Q2 FY27 with an impressive 10.4 GW order book, boosted by nearly 1.5 GW in fresh quarterly order inflows.
